RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you'd like to return an item, that's no problem. Just email me to let me know within 14 days of receiving your order. Then pop it back in the post along with a note to the following address:

Please include a note inside the package with your full name, order number (if you have it) and a brief explanation of whether you'd like an exchange or refund.
Postage prices cannot be refunded unless there was an error with your original order.
CUSTOM CHARGES
Please be aware that some countries charge taxes & duties on goods received in the country. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for these.
If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to the customs charges then the items will be returned to us. We will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred while in transit. In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and associated charges can equal more than the amount paid for the goods so we recommend you look into any additional costs before you place your order.

For shipments, I use two couriers; Roymail & DHL. For international orders that have not selected DHL, Royal Mail will hand over to the country of destination's main courier (for example, in the US that would be USPS). Please note, the delivery times below are from when your order is packed and shipped, not from when the order is placed. UK Shipping
We use two couriers for UK Shipping, Royal Mail and DHL.
2nd class shipping for apparel: £4.20 (2-5 working days)
1st class signed shipping: £6.20 (1-3 working days)
USA Shipping
International Standard Shipping for clothing and prints: $16.50 (ETA 7-25 working days)
International Tracked Shipping: $20.50 (ETA 7-25 working days)
DHL Express Tracked Shipping: $32.00 (ETA 1-3 working days)
Europe Shipping
Since the implementation of the new Brexit rules, shipping to Europe has become more complex. Here's everything you need to know when placing an order:
Taxes and Customs: Orders over €22 may incur taxes, depending on the destination country. Orders exceeding €150 will also be subject to customs charges. For any inquiries or to discuss your options, please contact me via email.
Shipping Providers: I use Royal Mail and DHL for European shipments. I highly recommend DHL for its speed and reliability, as well as smoother customs paperwork, though it is more expensive. Royal Mail remains reliable but may take up to a month for delivery.
Customs Charges: The receiver is responsible for any customs charges. If a parcel is returned to me due to unpaid charges, your order will be refunded minus shipping costs.
